This is the place to live if you want to get and use drugs.
I have lived here for over a year and I see it all the time. Drugs are everywhere and management doesn't seem care about it.
The area is not secure like it states in the pamplets that you receive. The gates hardly ever work and when they do cars line up one after the other and follow each other in.
Venetian Isles has had a murder (which by the way they were warned that it was going to happen) they have had robberies, and holdups.
Parents let their kids run wild even during the late hours. It seems like they are more interested in getting stonned than watching their kids.
We have a sink hole that has been there for over a year that hasn't been fixed yet.

Everytime you call the opffice for something or to complain they always give you a phoney ass excuse that they will take care of the problem but wont get around to it.

There are still a few families that had Hurricane damage that didn't get their apartments fixed yet.

Venetian Isles is nothing more than a little Riveria Beach. The crime is here because this is where they are all hanging out.

We even have some Palm Beach County Sheriff Officers that live here also. Do you think that it helps..Heck no, they turn their heads to what happens.

As for pets, you can't walk on the grass because you will have dog ---- all over your shoes.

There is no a doggy litter box anywhwere. There are Pit Bulls that run around without a leash and even the Sheriff's Deputies walk their dogs with out leashes and they don't clean up after theire dogs either.

If you are black this is where you belong... If you are white then you are definately the minority. Venetian Isles is approximately 90% Black.

Oh by the way, how about the Ice Cream truck that drives around between 7:00 and 8:30 at night.... Do you really think that he is selling Ice Cream'

Would I recommend Venetian Isles... Not a snowballs chance in hell!
To all of you that still live there...Get the hell out of there while you are still alove and have the chance to do so.

I would just like to thank the person that wrote this review. My husband and I are moving back to West Palm and are looking for a place and he knows someone that works in the front office that was going to help us get an apartment here. We were going to move there based upon her description of the place, but after reading this we definitely won't be moving here. Thank you so much I do not want to bring my children into an environment like this one.
