Moved in about a year ago and being the only white kids on the block we were a little hesitate. But we have met a lot of really great people, under privledged, but nice. They have sence fired the old management staff who were no more then teenagers playing management. They have a new staff in there still not nice but they seem to be compitant. The trash situation is gross! If the top of the dumpster is not open they just throw it in front which by a Monday looks like a land fill. Its b/c the residents have there 6 and 7 year olds take the trash out. The kid cant reach the top so they just lay it there. They park police ars every where but no officers in site. Although when there is one YOU WILL BE HARRASSED! I have been stopped many times. Not speeding, doing nothing just pulled over and asked what I was doing here. Its b/c Im white. The man downstairs carries a glock and beats his girlfriend. The woman next store is a drug dealer and there is NO SECURITY GATES! I REPEAT! THERE ARE NO SECURITY GATES! As stated in several other posts. They have not worked in over a year that I have been here! Parking is first come first serve. They also have Kings Recker Service tow and they tow anything! So when you get towed and you will dont bother calling the cops Just call the office and they will tell you yes it was picked up. They will give you some lame ass excuse which is bogus. Also the "security alarm" in your apartment. If you have DSL internet the alarm will not work. I knew nothing of this and went round and round with them and they tried to get me to pay the extra $200 bucks for the filter and I refused stating they said nothing of the incompatability.
