This place is a total dump. Forget anything the say on the website.. its a dirty, unsecure, dangerous slum. The cops are so sick of coming there at night they don't even bother showing up on some calls.. or take 2 hours getting there.. Its like someone took the worst of Riviera Beach and moved them to Lake Park.. Avoid these apartments with everything you have.. its cheaper to leave the state than stay here and wonder how long before you are robbed or worse..

Oh and be sure to ask about the convicted child molester that lives on property.. They won't tell you about him.. So feel free to tell them you found that out here..
