Well living here as its ups and downs. More downs than ups. I finally decided I should move when my lease is up when I was ordered out of my home by gun point, by the PBC SWAT Team. My neighbors were wanted for attempted murder and the the SWAT team wanted us out in case a shoot out occured. I too have been stopped many times by the police when driving to my house from the mailbox (which smells like pee), they ask what I am doing here, its because I am white. The trash situation is out of hand, it smells and looks like a landfill. People are to lazy to actually throw it in, so they just place it wherever they feel like it. The police heilcoptors are flying above every weekend at night. I am lucky enough I live on an end unit. The middle of the complex is awful! You see police cars parked everywhere, but no police. Getting management to do anything is pulling teeth. Pest control is suppose to come once a month, your lucky if it comes once a year. The management changes so often. We have had 3 different property managers since I have lived here. My mail has been stolen ( actually it was everyones mail) no ever informed us. Good point is we get weird looks from the other tenets, but nobody has ever bothered us. My home and my car have never been messed with, knock on wood. My neighbors are ok, the rap music I could do without at 10pm bumping against the wall.
