This has to be the worst place I have ever lived at and I am from Brooklyn, NYC. I have lived in do or die Bedstuy and it does not compare to this ghetto mess in lake park, fl. The leasing office is terrible and no caring. I had to put in 2-3 request for things like replacing my molded fridge when I first moved in. I also had to put in 2 request to have maintenance come in and clean up a bloody crime scene at after two OTHER residences had a knife fight in front of my door. This is the worst place ever!!!!! My car has been vandalized, the police are always here looking for GOD only knows what and you have to constantly put in request for simple things that should be priority. They do not give a damn about the people of this complex!!! DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER THIS YOUR LAST OPTION IF YOU ARE DESPRATE. AND DON'T BE FOOLED THE SAME PEOPLE DIFFERNT NAME SAN MARCO VILLAS!!
