I have been in this community since it was first built. The original person who helped me was Jaime.She was always kind and thoughtful. They moved her to another property and it was hell from there. The staff changed more than I changed my underwear. The staff at one time would let you sit in the office and not even acknowledge your presence. It was horrible. Once it was an all hispanic staff, no ------ or whites. The property went down to a point where it was ghetto. That however because they were accepting all ghetto residents, residents with no respect for themselves or others.

Thankfully, Jaime has returned and she is cleaning up the property. She remember when it was a nice place to live and is getting rid of problem residents as quickly as she can. They have a sheriff's precint on site, and Jaime has also enacted a curfew for kids/teens.

They have also gotten several programs going like an after school programs that keeps the kids off the street, and helps them with their homework free of charge until 5:30. They have also had voter's registration drives, blood drives, hosting FCAT information for schools, credit workshops for homeownership and countless other things.

So it is slowly turning around and becoming a much better place to live.

This property is a joke, the management company lets it run like a whirling dervish and just likes to fling poop at the easiest target. SHELTER CORP has NO CLUE what is going on on this property. Hmmmm... It is AMAZING what an employee will say/write just to kiss up to Jaime's UGLY, TROLL, "I-THINK-I-AM-BLACK" BUTT! The woman is whiter than a glass of milk, but thinks she is as black as an "ACE O' SPADES"! PREACH ON VENETIAN... er... SAN MARCO VILLAS? BTW... isn't a "Villa" a single story dwelling? YOU CAN'T PUT LIPSTICK ON JAIME (it's hideous I've seen her 'try' and pull it off) AND YOU CAN'T PUT LIPSTICK ON A PIG ...for those that are confused the PIG is SAN MARCO VILLAS! AMEN! THANK YOU GOOD NIGHT! TOODLES!
