I have seen a huge improvement the past few months and have been here for 4 years now. It's better now than ever. I've referred my brother, mother and a friend, they give big money for referrals. The management, cops and security have really cleaned the place up.

I'd believe it when I see it. I guess any improvement over what it was would be considerable though. Maybe there are less instances of neighbours robbing other neighbours now
