Third World Apt Lived there for 2 yrs. Came home one afternoon, after leaving my apt for 30 mins. Came back to find my front door was bashed in, my belongings were stolen etc. It took management 2 days to fix my door.

HUGE Improvement I have seen a huge improvement the past few months and have been here for 4 years now. It's better now than ever. I've referred my brother, mother and a friend, they give big money for referrals. The management, cops and security have really cleaned the place

Venetian Isles was on lock down i also remember Emily... she is just one of thr reasons that i no longer live there. She was one of the rudest people that i have ever come in contact with. I dont expect anyone to agree this is just how i feel. Customer service is a skill you must have to work

Bay Reach is now well managed! Bay Reach is now under the HOA and is well managed. We have seen a big improvement. Security has been upgraded, and the HOA continues to implement improvements in all respects.
