HUGE Improvement I have seen a huge improvement the past few months and have been here for 4 years now. It's better now than ever. I've referred my brother, mother and a friend, they give big money for referrals. The management, cops and security have really cleaned the place

Venetian Isles was on lock down i also remember Emily... she is just one of thr reasons that i no longer live there. She was one of the rudest people that i have ever come in contact with. I dont expect anyone to agree this is just how i feel. Customer service is a skill you must have to work

Bay Reach is now well managed! Bay Reach is now under the HOA and is well managed. We have seen a big improvement. Security has been upgraded, and the HOA continues to implement improvements in all respects.

Very nice location The location is great! The other tenants were very thoughtful. The pool was a great place to meet the neighbors. The intercoastal view was great from my apartment and the boat docks were very convenient. My only disappointments were that the complex could have been maintained
