yeah the property manager suzanne was such a nasty -----, how can you expect there to be residents better than her when she approved the files? wow. bedbugs, roaches, and flea infested propery, NASTY! they show you a nicely decorated model but the actual units are ----... looks like the model is the only apt they actually take care of. the maintenance man is super cool but even he can't do his job properly bcuz suzanne n her boss or whoever never approve any parts needed for repairs. ceebraid signal is a ---- company... well the only hope is ceebraid lost it in foreclosure... maaybe the new mgmt company can do something for village club apts... but then again with all the trash that suzanne allowed to move in, maaay be a long time till village club is worth anything... oh and the pamphlets total bs where's the white sand volley ball courts? maybe up suzannes fat ass... oh welll
