The location of the tower is amazing! The staff is very friendly and efficient and the atmosphere in the building makes it a unique place to live. Since the building was just renovated a few years ago, everything is new and clean. However, the apartments are tiny for the price your pay. They lack closet space. Also, the carpet in the apartments is very cheap and snags very easily! If you have guests over... beware! There are no guest parking spots. Each resident has the option to rent one parking spot. It can be difficult to find street parking, depending on the time of day. A lot of homeless people sleep and hang out around the building, so safety can also be a concern when you arrive home at night.

how much is the rental spot??? Where is the parking inrelation to the homless people hangout? I am considering the tower....it says controlled access...is it good security?
