WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!!

when i first moved into martin's landing i moved into a efficiency, and then upgraded to a 1BR/1BA. i was upset to find that i had to pay $200 to transfer apartments, especially since the reason i was uprgrading was because i was pregnant with my first child! both of my apartments were kept up pretty well. although, when i moved into the 1BR, i had to suffer through numerous flea bites, due to the infestation from a previous tenant! overall, the community is pretty nice, but the price is outrageous!! $650 for a 1BR is WAY too much, and their laundry facilities are expensive as well. you are not paying for your rental at this property, but for the location!!
