Paddock Club Apartments

not all that bad From: wouldrent Date posted: 3/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I lived at Paddock Club for about 3 years, the only thing I agree with the rest of the reviews are that Shaun can indeed be rude and Stacy does think she's all that and she's not. As for the rest of the staff both Holly's are alright, the younger one does lack some knowledge, the older one seems to know what she's doing if only she was single and both are extremely customer friendly. Maint could improve but not that bad, I live in much worse. The grounds are beautiful although apartments are getting old they have done good in keeping them up. I would recommend to friends because I have lived elsewhere in lakeland and it was far the best, I only moved to buy a house.
