Well if you're looking to live with polk counties finest - you have come to the right spot! We have ben here for sometime now and can't wait for our lease to be up. The overpriced apt's weren't renting so well and they are allowing anyone to come aboard. The clientel has really really went down hill. More than one family are living together as well. The pool is the real kicker for me. Thee most disgusting people come to swim in as they would call it "cement pond", clothes and all. The last time I went to that pool was when I seen a man get into the pool with his shorts on - stains and all. Please read between the lines I am trying not to be to graphic. We bought a pass to a community pool where people MUST abide by the rules. Oh and because of all the lovely new fanilies that have moved in recently, we get daily visits from the police. It's nothing now to see a cop car outside, with fights, drunks or family fueds where they break down doors. Our lease will be up in a few months and we are outta here. I would not recommend this place at all!

I agree with you! I have lived here for some time to, the the cliental has gone down from what it has been. the office tells you that they have't changed anything....wrong!!!!!! How did they fill up so fast???? Can't wait to get out of here

If you'll notice, we didn't start filling up until they finished installing the sign in the front that says "The Landings at Long Lake" before that, no one really knew it was ready to move into. It looked like it wasn't opened yet. And wouldn't you want it to fill up? That means the apt is getting more money to be better able to afford these amenities that everyone is so greedy about. They'd be able to keep up maintenance on the pool, landscape, gates, trash, everything. I've seen the maintenance lady nearly cursing as she shoved more and more trash bags into the compactor. she didn't know I was there at first. It's the idiots living in the apt. who don't understand the concept of the compactor. And I'll stick my to beliefs that the quality of residents to choose from in Lakeland definately leaves something to be desired. It's no reflection upon the managment or the apt complex that the people living in it are stupid, disruptive idiots. The one problem person I had got evicted. So I'm happy.
