Not so bad - We have lived here for almost 2 yrs. and so far everything has been great. I have a phobia of roaches etc....and I have never had a problem. Pest control will come out every Tuesday and spray if you need them to. The only problem we had was psychotic neighbors, but thankfully they finally moved.
