Runaway Bay took at least three tries before maintenance fixed anything.

My car was broken into twice in less than a year.

I am still waiting after 2 months to hear about my security deposit.

When the office was presented with the crime stats of the complex my neighbor was told we never guarenteed your safety.

Some things included on the crime stats were dead bodies found, rapes, and burglaries.
