I've lived at Runaway Bay for about Six months. The managment is unfriendly for the most part. The grounds are not the best kept and the buildings are rather tacky looking. The hot tub spa is very slimy.
While the property is gated, for some reason the gates are left open most of the time allowing anybody who wants to enter to do so. The appliances are old and break more often then is acceptable. I will be moving when my lease is up.
