Not a good choice!! - I lived here for 3 years and that is all I could take living with the roaches, ants, spiders, lizard, you named it, it will be there since they DO NOT PROVIDE PEST CONTROL!!! bug invested BEAWARE OF ROACH INVESTED LIVING. I lived here for one year and that is all I could take living with the roaches. Bombed the place several times they never seemed to leave.
Gross place to live but Cheap. Staff mebers are useless and rude. Watch out for Gloria. They Never took care of

Terrible We had no problems while living there however moving out and getting our security deposit back has been a whole other story. This is the most poorly managed place I have ever lived in my life. Someone was murdered in the apartment across the hall from us, if that tells you anything.

I was going to move here.. I was actually considered moving here until I came by last week and arrived moments after 7 police cars were infront of the leasing office.

Fantastic Service I live at Runaway Bay for approx. 8 months, the service here is THE BEST I have ever been involved in. The MGMNT staff is OUTSTANDING. I must give kudos to the new assistant manager Erick Pamblanco, he has gone above and beyond his call of duty. More employees like him should

There are better places I´ve lived at Runaway Bay for about Six months. The managment is unfriendly for the most part. The grounds are not the best kept and the buildings are rather tacky looking. The hot tub spa is very slimy.
