I have lived here for a year and a half. The biggest complaints I have are that in that short time, we have a 3rd owner/management company.I will say, however, that the present group has done a lot to spruce up the place. BUT, there still is the issue of the pool area and general look of the parking areas, which still aren't the greatest. I will say that in my building, there is a lot of noise from outside, but, it's not horrible from the neighbors. In almost 2 years, I have only seen 1 roach inside the apartment. The downside here is that the general occupancy is not real high class, and for the most part, there is a large turnover in residents here. So, I really only know one of my neighbors, and does create some "middle of the night" noise from loading of moving trucks. Overall, I don't have a real feeling of security in this complex, but personally have not had security issues (but have been told of other instances). Personally, I will not be renewing here after this lease is expired in 2004.
