Rent stinks

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I have lived here 2 years. They raised my rent the first year $40 and now I received my second raise which is another $40. In 2 years $80. I don't think so. They want you to live here with that kind of crap. I can understand $10 to $20 a year but NOT $40 a year. Absolutely rediculous!!!!!!!
