This is the worst complex I have ever lived in. The rent is average, but there is very little selection of residents. They let pretty much anyone in here. Within the last year I have had to call the police twice for neighbors causing some sort of destruction or starting drunken fights at 3 in the am.

I have seen police in here at least 2 dozen times within the past year as well. When one neighbor first moved in they were very loud, I told managment that I mentioned something to the person and they said I would have to talk to them more before they would do anything.

Parking is a joke. Friday and Saturday nights are packed around here, if you get in late forget about parking close to your building. Guests are supposed to park up by the office (in all of 5 or so spots) which is a far walk from the majority of the buildings.

Children allowed to play on stairs, nowhere else for them to play but in road, by water, or on stairs; very annoying after a hard days work.

Getting out of the complex is the next issue. Large leaf philodendrons, aka elephant ears, may be nice to look at but block visibility when attempting to pull out onto a moderatly busy 2 lane road (Gladys st).

VERY unsatisfied!!

I would have to agree... I rented here from November of 07 to March of 08. I agree with the huge plants blocking the entrance, police, the fights, the parking and the kids. College kids would bang on our door at 10pm drunk and tell us they need money for school/magazines/trips to mexico, etc. Our neighbor was nice enough to come out and tell them to leave. One morning after they bothered us we got up to find that they slashed our 2 front tires and left beer bottles by our car. A new neighbor moved in that had a little dog that they would leave outside off of a leash that would attack you literally when you opened your door. They only had about 40% of the apartments filled, but there was still no parking on the weekends, not to also mention the people who owned them and had 3 or 4 cars. We also did laundry our 1st week there and there are 6 washers that were all empty and we had 2. I came back to put my clothes in the dryer and found my soaking wet clothes in the NASTY floor and all the washers full. I was on my way to take the trash to the dumpster one day and had to go back inside to get my key and my phone and left the bag outside while i was getting it and got a notice on my door the next morning that a neighbor had complained that i had bags of trash sitting all over the walkway, but she was leaving bags outside of her door for days and would throw leftovers outside her door for her attack dog that she left outside and he wouldnt eat them so they got gross. In January our owners of our apt had switched hands and the office told us we werent allowed to have her name or phone number or any info about her, but we were to make money orders out to her, personally. They said thet they had to call her if we needed anything and get it authroized and that they would let us know when they could come. Everytime we needed something they would say "i cant get ahold of your owner to authorize that yet. when i hear for her i will send someone out." But it NEVER happened. I just wanted to know who was getting my hard earned money... and when the roachs were going to get taken care of. We left early because we could not stand it there anymore. We gave a 60 day notice as we were told we had to and paid what we needed to pay and they kept sending us letters saying we owed them for damage, when we left it cleaner than it was when we moved there. I would NEVER recomend Autumn Chase for anyone!!!
