I thought having the owner run the complex on site was wonderful, but I was wrong. Owner didn't care about residents. Rowdy residents, low class residents, pool not kept up well. Dogs or people messed in it.

The worst were the rats that I had in the walls. I complained to BBB but owner had no intentions in satisfying me. I offered my apartment to he and his wife, and he told the BBB that I propositioned him. I would never proposition a person who would leave me months in an apartment where I heard scratching in my walls all night.

Would not recommend this to my worst enemy- well, maybe them.
