i gotta tell ya this place is awsome the maintance guys are almost always there in minutes. Tom the head maintance man, wife died and they are very short staffed i had a bad leak in my kitchen they had it fixed and looking better than it did when i got home from work. everything you could ever want is right at your fingertips wnd within a stones throw away. technology beware this place is nothin but beautiful nature. and yeah there is lots and lots of wildlife here. when i went to sign the lease i saw a bird watching book on a "show" coffe table and didnt think anything of it now i reference it regularly. i live in a loft and can see nothing but nice.
