Nice place for the first yr I rented there, then new management drove the place into the ground. No proper pest control or maintenance on a regular basis. New management was arrogant, rude, and manager who lived on the property had loud alcohol parties on their balcony every couple of days. Largo police visited this complex on a weekly basis, mostly to curb the alcoholics and druggies who management let rent there; apparently there was no screening of tenants after new management took over. A nice place thatwent downhill fast after a change in ownership and/or management. I would not rent there again.
