Ok I have to Agree 100% with the author of the previous commentary Living in chaparral is nothing less then a nightmare I was told If i signed a 13 month Lease I would get 2 months free rent and I was also told I would be givnen a discount off this specific unit because of damageand the color of the apartment ( ie huge red stains) which is fine by me because i have 4 kids under 6 who are handicapped.getting their maitnance to fix it right and first time would be nothing less then a dream and they could care less cuz most of them live here too for FREE i had water in my carper for over 2 weeks from my air handler leaking i have holes in my duct work in my a/c that instead of fixing that just stuck TAPE over it not to mentoion new management has taken over and the lady who is a manager is a WITCH dont ever expect sympathy from her i was late paying my rent because I was in the hospital for the last 3 days and couldent come to drop the check off she still charged me the late fee knowing i have no job and live off of a very small disability incomeparking would be no problem if they had a trolly like at busch garden that can take you nearly the mile youll have to walk to get to your bulding the POLICE stay here Id have to say public housing project residents dont live as bad as we do at CHAPARRAL they can at least get their stuff fixed the same week and get everything in writting from them
