I lived there for a year they did nothing for a leak in the bathroom until the ceiling in the apartment below us fell in! I was stolen from by one of the workers there and watched the manager party at his house from my apartment. maybe now that she"s gone and so is he it may be getting better. it would be a nice place to live but was so unkept. By the way he went to work at another one of thier sites, be ware.

I used to work there. It is not the office's fault. The management company does not put any money into the property. The entire staff does the best they can with what they have to work with. It was very frustrating for us. I loved everyone I worked with and loved the residents there. If another management company ever took over - I would be back in a heartbeat. Mrs. Cephas - sorry for your problems there and take care :)

see what your rights are with the city of largo if you have given the apartment written notice (have them sign & date it) & see if you can put your rent in escrow. If more tenants would start giving written notice, the apartment maint staff will have to repair or guess what.. they get "NO money
