Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
I lived at Clairmont from May 03 to May 04. It wasn't the greatest apartment complex but it wasn't half bad really. The people were friendly, trash was never a big problem. (At some places the trash literally piles up on the weekends). The price was very good at 615 for a two bedroom. I would have liked to have had washer and drier in the unit. The cabinets were old and pretty nasty. We tore the place up though partying every weekend. They turned our power off cuz we didn't pay the bill. That left a real nasty smell when we moved out. Needless to say we didn't get our deposit back.
I would only recommend this place to a student or someone fresh out of college. A family shouldn't live here - its nasty.
