Well i signed a lease on 03/16/09 and i broke the lease 3days later, this places is nice but the manager sucks, i work 2 jobs so when i came home from work at 11pm it was not parking at all i have to park all the way to the entrance, i spoke to the manager and she was rude she said to me no one has parking, first come first serve, come on what kind of manager is that she is suposted find a solution, it should be a parking for each aparment, if im was pong to paid 950dls per rent i should have at parking, plus after a broke the lease she charge me 225dls for administration fees, this is the worst place to move in im so glad i broke the lease
