When i fist moved to Colony Square i was very excited but that changed very quickly. After moving in to my new apartment i quickly noticed several damages inside my apartment. there was, and as a matter of fact still is a crack in my living room window from what looks like a bullet.Also the windows are so old that they do not even close all the way. The drawers in the kitchen are falling apart. And there is water damage to the wood in the bathroom. I contacted maintenece immediately but 8 months later, none of these problems have been fixed.
The managment is also nearly impossible to deal with. If they dont like the way you look, they treat you awfully. I cant wait untill my lease is up. I do not reccomend that anyone move here.
