Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
When we looked at the model, the place looked decent and in good shape, but when we actually got to see our apartment the day we were moving in, we were very disappointed.
The carpet was old and should have been replaced before we moved in, the kitchen was not cleaned well at all (behind and under the fridge and stove was nasty), the bathrooms were poorly repaired, the master bath did not have the sink cabinet that we were told was in every apartment, there was no ceiling fan in the living room (again we were told they were in every apartment and when we asked about it, they told us we can install one at our cost). We had air conditioning problems since day one ? the thermostat was off and the air never got cold. Finally after a year and our unit not working at all, it has been fixed, but it took us calling multiple times a day for over a week to get them to find and fix the problem. Our downstairs neighbors are loud and fighting most of the time?the list can go one. My recommendation is to stay away from here. Unfortunately we had to re-sign our lease due to not being able to find anything else in our price range that will accept a large dog.
