Very nice people untill you sign the lease.
Below is an excerpt from a letter I just sent to the Florida Attorney General's Office.
Our tenancy was month to month acording to Florida Statute 83.46. We gave them the 15 days notice of termination of tenancy required in Florida Statute 83.57 for month to month tenancy. They have attempted to collect money from us, declaring that their lease states 30 days are required. Statute 83.47 states that if their lease contradicts a Statute, that clause of the lease becomes "void and unenforceable." Colony Square is refusing to accept this and implies their lease overrides Florida Law. We have informed them of this on three occasions, and they will not take us or the laws seriously.
Other problems were rudeness from office staff, pool being closed frequently, andlawn not being maintained for two months in summer among others
