This has been the the worst renting experenice I've had. I hear EVERYTHING from the people above us. I know when they get up in the morning, what room they are in from there foot steps and when the fan is turned on in the bathroom. We were unable to have an upstairs unit due to the fact you can not have animals weighing over 15lbs. Since this is the case, a 15lb kid should not be in a 2nd floor unit either.
We've been leaked on 6 times. The first time was in our master bathroom and were told by the leasing office that the people upstairs did not close there shower curtain. The second time was in our master bedroom closet. The third was again in our master bathroom and the forth and fifth were in the hall bathroom where water poured from hole where the fan is. A sixth time we noticed water in the drop ceiling in the kitchen.
Our refridgerator would not stay cold. After several calls to maintance and several attempts of them trying to fix the problem and losing several dollars of food we received a new refridgerator. The dishwasher has never worked.
Barbra, a leasing office person came out on the porch one day and was yelling at my wife when she was walking to the mail box. This was rude and uncalled for.
When people talk about FL White Trash, they are talking about her.
I can hardly wait to move from this dump called Colony Spuare
