Office does not respond to complaints.

Always deal with them in writing and threaten to withhold a portion of the rent for items promised but not delivered.

Groundsman is old, does not see well and has no method to his work.

Grass might be cut 3 times in a week and then not for several weeks.

Weeds have not been trimmed in over 8 months.
Complex is noisy and if you live downstairs you will have no sleep from the floorboards creaking as the upstairs neighbors move around and from cars outside your bedroom window.

Maintenance is slow and apart from the most basic of items requires several trips which you have to remind them of.
Neighbors can be abusive and there are often police cars called to the property.
Promised recycling containers for aluminum and newspapers never showed.
Office staff is moody - nice one day and snotty the next.
Looking to move when our lease is up.
