Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006
 
I moved into this place because of the deal they were offering. in Feb. 2006 they knew they had just sold the property to a condo company and evicted me soon after because i choose not to buy. this was the worst place I have ever rented and don't suggest it to anyone
