It's not that bad ;other then not really having a dining room.

I just moved into a 2 bedroom .

The master room is nice the carpets were not new upon moving in the refridgerator had problems, but the man did come to fix it.It is a little loud because of children playing out of a 1 to 10 scale i would give it a 4.
