This place is a DUMP. You have to be careful when using the dishwasher, it might fall over just by opening the door. When maintenance came out to fix the problem, there was nothing to bolt it down because the counter top is so OLD the screws fell out. The plumbing is shot. One toilet rocks back and forth and the other toilet you can?t flush any toilet paper without having to use a plunger. The worst is the senior citizen that walks around and calls the office when SHE thinks you are doing something wrong. The manager, well, that's a different story - you have to flirt with her to get her to cooperate to get things done. (Sorry girls, you're out of luck). There are assigned parking if you need a handicape space BUT you don?t need a HD sticker. Over half of the cars don?t have the state required sticker. Just get tight with the manager and you'll get your own parking space.

I just moved from there this year 2007, and he's right on , the place is a dump and is getting worse. maintenance is a joke, just a bunch of drunk Macgyver's running around trying to rig everything .welcome to Golf Terrace, trailer park living at twice the price.

True True. My male roomate could get the old hag to do anything she was so sweet to him. If I had an issue forget it the claws were out. And it is still relevant since the same hag still runs the place.
