I read the comments from an obvious male renter, and he was right on about everything he said. I took my rent check down when they were still opening rent checks and she would accept it because it was the 5th of the month and I had been away. May 1 & 2 was a Thursday and Friday, then the weekend when they are not open, I took it down on Monday. Well, Thelma was rude and wouldn't accept it, it cost me $75 after a battle. They let pigeons make a nest in one of the stairwells and lay her eggs, hatched and lived in the stairwell for about 2 months. The baby pigeons became so friendly they wouldn't fly away and stayed on an overhead pipe by the elevator for several days. Their feces is still all over the handrail and the ground, maintenance never cleaned it up. After a year of living here they still have not fixed several items in the apartment that I've requested. They invite kids to live here but they are not allowed to play outside, it's in the lease, no ball playing, bike riding, roller skating, etc. The elevators work sporadically just like the washers and dryers. I would not recommend this place to anyone. He was right if you flirt with Thelma and you are a male you got it made, otherwise, forget it.

Same old story....you're late with rent and all of a sudden the apartments must be realy bad....come on how about printing something real and is every one named anonymouse?

Anonymouse huh...how about anonymous? Have you ever thought of spell check? Especially since you're a representative of the apartments, it seems like there would be a higher level of professionalism while bashing unhappy renter's rights to freedom of speech! These apartments are really bad! There is a lot of favoritism that goes on, some people get away with "non-compliances" while others are frequently harassed over the stupidest of things. If you don't like what people have to say on here perhaps you should take you're apartments off here so no one can post the truth!

I agree...the washers and elevator were always broken, and it does say in the lease, no ball playing or bike riding, the old bag was ruthless.
