My husband and I have moved back and forth from Indiana to Florida for the last 20 years and we always return to Golf Terrace Apartments. The apartments are very and large and give you the feeling of living in a house. The manager takes very good care of her residents and if someone is very noisy or not abiding by the apartment rules she takes care of it immediately. So if you don't want to live in a peaceful enviroment you won't want to live here. There have also been times when our manager will take her lunch hour to run one of us to the Dr. or feed someone's dog while they are on vacation, and even pick up our mail if we have to be out of town. It is like one big extended family. These are all things she does without anyone even being aware of it. We know quite a few people who have lived here for many, many years and it is a place you can call home. The maintenance crew is especially nice and helpful and take great pride in their work. Last but not least, we feel very safe in the apartment community. If we didn't we would not stay here. Being elderly folks ourselves, it is a great comfort to feel safe in your home.
