I am most dissatisfied with my stay in these apartments. If you're on the path to dying socially these apartments are great. The community is fairly quiet and managment is VERY strict, so if that's for you these are great. However, if you are actually alive they tend to be quiet harassing! If a person has company on the weekend they get a "non-compliance" notice slapped on their door Monday morning. Kids live here but aren't allowed on the grounds, even though they claim to be a "family friendly" apartment complex. Most "family friendly" apartments I've ever seen allow children to play on the grass and enjoy sunny days outside. Not this place, you never see a child outside playing and it is stated in the lease to stay off the grounds. There is a pool; however there is a lock on the gate about 35% of the time. The parking is terrible. I come home from work late at night on the weekends and have to park in another section of the property and walk a very good distance to apartment. However, if you're handicap they let you take up two parking places (as one person does every day and never gets towed). The apartments are large which is why we rented here, however the lease states that "modern construction and equipment have been used throughout in order to make the apartments as quiet as possible" don't be fooled by this they are less quiet than cheaper apartments I have rented. The noise from upstairs is just the same as any other apartment complex, at night when I'm going to bed I can hear my neighbor's TV word for word, and ANY noise on the back patio or the pool can be heard easily in any section of the apartment. This fact can be annoying if you work nights and sleep during the day, because only people with a normal schedule are protected under the code of ethics. They do allow small dogs and I have never seen any feces on the ground, which is nice even though you're not allowed on the grass. The reason for the lack of feces could be because the lease states they will return the feces to youre door step&how they know where it comes from in the first place still baffles me. Basically the complex has some decent qualities but over all I wouldn't recommend it to anyone under the age of 60.
