Managment does not like to work with any problems and does not repair cosmetic damage to units. Units desperatly need full removations.

These people must have been evicted, and that why they are being so "nice", This is a really quiet place to live and also very clean! As far as the management, they are very nice and much better then a company ran by some big corporation. Its not the most updated apts, but def. the largest I've seen, the rent price is really fair for what you get. Try finding a 2bdrm apt in Pinellas County for $825.00 at 1305 sq. ft. they are huge.

Just like every other negative post, someone comes to the rescue. Go figure... Common sense dictates that there are so many negative posts, and so many that always come back to defend the place. If you don't have any gripes why would you take the time out of your life to even care about this website unless you had something to gain. Geez give it a rest, your tired transparent posts only demonstrate what type of people you are, if you pose as tenants defending the place.
