No parking for residents, RUDE office staff, and lazy, nasty maintnance staff.
I've lived here for two years and I have to say...being stuck here for another 6 months really makes me want to cry. The only reason I stayed for the second year was because of health reasons. Plus I have two small children who are not allowed to play nor ride bike on property. The ladies in the office make me want to punch things. I drop my rent after hours just so I dont have to see them. Nasty and mean! And the parking! Unless you have a hook up for one of thier make shift "Handicap" signs, you dont have a spot after 3 p.m. thats not even a joke.
I would NEVER, EVER recommend this place to my worst enemy! Get rid of the managment and staff, you MIGHT have a nice place to live.

Agree 100% the manager is the meanest cold hearted lady I've ever met.

These people must have been evicted, and that why they are being so "nice", This is a really quiet place to live and also very clean! As far as the management, they are very nice and much better then a company ran by some big corporation. Its not the most updated apts, but def. the largest I've seen, the rent price is really fair for what you get. Try finding a 2bdrm apt in Pinellas County for $825.00 at 1305 sq. ft. they are huge.

Someone sure knows how to "copy/paste". I've read the same stupid response to all negative posts. Coincidence? I live here. I hate it. My lease is up soon, thank you Jesus.
