Maintance was done when requested, however things such as our xbox disapeared from our apt on days repairs were made. Mgmt blamed missing items on us. "you must have given someone a key". Which we hadn't. They would not even write a report to have on record.

Then there was the time they left our rent in the envelope and threw it away . I got a note that the rent was late. I took the money order stub to the office to prove payment. They accused me of not paying and the exact amount of my rent $746 (odd #) must have been payment for something else. To prove me wrong they stated all envelopes were double checked before trashed. The entire time the old lady (manager) was yelling at me, and muttering discriminations under her breath. I asked to please see my envelope, she removed it from the trash and sure enough there was the money order. Even as I walked out the door, she was still muttering.

When I tried to complain about noisey tents next door, I was told to mind my own business.

I could go on and on...The old lady that runs the office is a mean and rude warden. I always wondered how many people she made cry. I often half expected her to chase me down with a wooden ruler.

Parking sucks, especially if you are in the back building near the pool.

The apartements are very large and cheap.

These people must have been evicted, and that why they are being so "nice", This is a really quiet place to live and also very clean! As far as the management, they are very nice and much better then a company ran by some big corporation. Its not the most updated apts, but def. the largest I've seen, the rent price is really fair for what you get. Try finding a 2bdrm apt in Pinellas County for $825.00 at 1305 sq. ft. they are huge.

Who continues to defend this place, wow maybe it's the bitter old lady with the ruler. It seems that there are so many negative comments, yet someone always comes to the rescue with positive responses, can we say "Damage Control"? Very transparent to say the least!

I have had the cops called me 6 times in 5 months because of our crazy downstairs neighbors. I have contacted the office on this and they have done nothing to help correct this matter. I will not renew my lease and I do not reccomend this complex to anyone.

Never assume you make an ass out of your self-We were NOT evicted, we left at the end of our lease by our own free will and we got our full deposit back. Because we were good tenants...and our rent was NEVER late and we never had a complaint filed on us. We were treated that poorly as perfect tenants.
