We lived there and so did the rats....we were given a chance to find another place and get out of our lease which we did after the smell of the dead rodents in the attic got so bad that myself and my 3 yr daughter developed allergy symptoms. Now, one year later, they are after us for the remainder of the rent from breaking a lease which they offered us to do...So be careful which apartment you choose and when you hear the pitter patter of animals across the ceiling; get the exterminator in there immediately...They took out a mama and 3 babies who knows about the ones they didn't show me. Management was reluctant on taking care of the problem but enough complaining and threats will work.

Hello, After doing some research and asked about this "rat" problem you stated, I come to find out that your a deadbeat that doesnt pay his rent, Its sad that its become so easy for people like you to complain and wine, because you feel you have been unjust on the internet. You never paid your rent regardless of your issues, and I'm sure if their was such a "rat" problem your whole building would have complained and moved..but your the only one, "the guy that doesnt pay his bills" Grow up!

Again a fool who doesn't know to know their facts before opening the mouth and inserting foot...We paid rent on time EVERY time, the rats were there...ask the Pest control man --- or any of them who put the traps near our water heater and up in the attic....We were offered out of our lease because we have a 3 yr old who along with myself, being at home most of the time, developed allergy symptoms and was told to get out because you have no idea what the rat urine and feces have in them that you are breathing in; this was told by their own pest control people as well as the Health department...----------- offered us another apartment on the 3rd floor with a toddler, no...we then were given permission to find another place, and signed all the legal papers to excuse us out of this lease. We were NEVER told that it would be considered breaking the lease; because they LET US and even made us sign that should future medical conditions incur, we would not sue them so we assumed that all was well until nearly 6 months later when they reported us to the credit bureau who is on our side knowing the situation.....We liked the neighbors and the apt size but that ----- is a liar and did not tell you the truth so AGAIN, LEARN the FACTS FIRST....before looking like an IDIOT with YOUR Foot in your mouth....I have witnesses and paperwork that prove it and just ask the Pest control people who urged me to get my daughter out of the contaminated apt. Our neighbor beside us moved first, we thought it was squirrels until she informed us and when the traps were set and they died the stench was soooo bad, that not even the maintenance man wanted to come in to check; he smelled it as soon as he opened the door...They left feces near the water heater also so who knows what we were breathing....Please stop being a JERK; if you like it there GREAT but don't comment on something you have no clue about...-------------- wasn't even there nor ----- so only ----- knows the truth and ask anyone who lives there if she will tell the truth....She is not professional nor has good customer service skills and is a LIAR!

You obviously don't know my name because if you did, you would know that I have never been guilty of anything even close to that. As far as following me home and threatening my family; that says alot about the type of person you are that they have allowed to live there. Understand that city hall, the code enforcement and Largo Police are aware of this situation, know that I am here and just waiting for an IDIOT, like yourself, to do something stupid so they can scoop you up and carry you to JAIL..Lastly in response to Management getting rid of us: You only know what they tell you....However feel free to read my flyer with the whole story ...that I will be passing out when I am here in front of the Golf Terrace Apts holding my sign not only for me but for all renters who have been lied to, taken advantage of and pushed around by property management. As far as the management here; just read from this site and judge for yourself. Have a wonderful day and good luck with your FOOT IN MOUTH DISEASE! Oh and please get help with your mental illness also.

BICKERING LIKE CHILDREN!!! It seems reciculous that any resident would even bother to defend this place. It's quite transparent that this is an attempt by someone who has a direct affiliation with this property, if they would take the time to defend such a place. Sunpointe Place on East Bay in Largo is managed by the same people. They practice the same tactics on their property, and use any excuse possible to keep resident deposits. Check the Sun Pointe Place feeback also, if you don't believe me. The owners/managers are notorious for being very vendictive and spiteful to anyone who stands up to them. They will try to add additional charges for repairs when you move out. Dead beats, mentally ill or NOT, does NOT dismiss the facts of rats! I guess you know who I am too now, you must be the apartment police.

Watch out "Bickering" because sharpshooter threatens to follow people to their homes...this is getting away from our point so please anyone who sees Jack outside with his Rat Poison sign, feel free to come by and take a flyer to read and decide for yourself... and "Bickering" Thank you for your realization and using common sense PS...I read the Sun Pointe negative feedback
