I have visited this property as a potential place to rent an apartment. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than walking into the office and receiving a welcoming smile. In regards to the negative feedback, and all of the padded blubbering of how the negative comments must be ALL from disgruntled, evicted tenants, mentally ill, child beaters, and people that know the management so well that they know how much they care for pets. HIGHLY UNLIKELY!! It's an absolute joke. It's unfortunate that other tenants don't know about this website, so the TRUTH can outweigh all of these sad duplicate replies trying to to defend the place. What a coincidence everyone that has a complaint must either be an evictee, mentally ill, child beaters, criminals foul language etc. Seems to be a common pattern by someone attempting to defend the place for what gain' Perfect example of how this place operates. I cannot rate the amenities since was so put off by the arrogant rude leasing agent that i really didn't care to notice. I wouldn't waste my time if it was free!

Anonymous - says it all. Once again, another anonymous disgruntled tenant [or in this case ??? potential tenant] ??? who, from what I can tell, must be one of the most observant people on the planet. From one visit, and one alleged non-smile from the office staff you can deduce that all tenants who have something nice to say about a quiet and clean apartment community must work for the apartments and that all of the previous comments left by you [I mean other disgruntled tenants ???wink-wink-] are accurate. By-the-way, what do you mean in your comment ???other tenants???. From your statement I can deduce that you are the same tenant utilizing different email addresses under the same Anonymous alias leaving multiple comments [this in itself should be indicative of your shady character]. I would never listen to any comments made by any individual who cowards behind Anonymous. Each one of the comments have been posted using the same IP address so either you???re the same tenant leaving comments over and over again or you are inviting all of the other Anonymous disgruntled tenants over to your new apartment to list complaints on the site. Are you attention deprived? Do you need a hug? Do you live in some alternative fairy tale planet where people are always in a good mood and wave and call you by name? Please tell me what apartments you???re at now ??? so I too can move where the flowers are always vibrant, the management is always delightful, and the heavens open and angels sing of their splendor each morning. My advice: Get real and come back to planet Earth.

why do you and sharpshooter always feel the need to talk down and hostile towards someone who expresses their opinions of this place??? Maybe you do like it there so stay but this is a public site and if you can't take the heat... GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN. Ask anyone in hospitality careers if they are suppose to ignore potential or current clients? It is not only bad business, but also just plain RUDE.

Pritzl, get a dictionary or someone who speaks english as their first language before you try to to discredit me. I refer to other tenants in regards to their negative feedback on this site. Your nasty green paint just screams ghetto from 500 feet away. Either you have no life, either diabled, mentally ill, or on welfare, or have a vested interest in defending every negative comment posted on this site, hmmm as someone noted before, it does seem to be a pattern that someone always comes back to defend the negative comments. Your beautiful faded paint would make anyone proud to live in your prestigeous ghetto, so maybe you need to get real and log in as a manager and defend your property the HONEST way, or STFU!!! look it up... FURTHERMORE!!! If I logged in with my user name you wouldnt know who the hell i was anyway you stupid idiot.
