Does anyone besides me see an anonymous trend''' All negative comments on this site are posted by individuals who coward behind an Anonymous- title. Do not be duped Golf Terrace Apartments are a great place to live I am married and have children management is great and speaks to my girls on a first names basis and they always have lollipops in the office for them when I drop by to pay my rent. The apartments are not perfect but any problems I have had are quickly resolved. For the price and size you can not beat these apartments. I can only assume anonymous authors have some personal vendetta against the apartments because my experiences have always been pleasant.

finally, another normal person! I feel completely the same, if you really look at this site, just about every apt complex has tons of negative stuff to say, Also if you research the orgin of this site, It was originally made by two guys that was dupe by their apartment complex (at least thats their side) and then they made this site to get back at them... So see from the begining this site is only purpose was to dog on a apartment community, when you feel like you were injust. Translated that means,, you got kicked out for not paying rent, or you BROKE YOUR LEASE, and now you want revenge cause its on your CREDIT REPORT and so on.... What a wonderful world we live in that scum is able to do this kind of stuff, just to make them feel better about themselfs... all I have to say is LOL....

We use "Anonymous" for the pyscho's who are out there that say things like they know who we are and may be following us home and since the person responding is most likely associated with the property; because the response is within minutes as if the computer alerts the property management that someone has written a rating on this site, they do know who we are. My husband Jack is the one picketing with the RAT POISON sign in front of Golf Terrace Apts. and you can read the facts in the flyer where he signed his name at the end so ...so much for your theory. We have been polite and stuck to the facts and that "Sharpshooter" and has made threats along with another idiot including but not limited to Miss Priss, yourself, and for what? someone who is using their constitutional right to stand up for having Injustice done to him.... Read my RATS entry on this site and see how rude comments and very distasteful responses that could only come from someone with the Foot in Mouth disease. Largo Police, Code Enforcement and City Hall are all aware that Jack is out there. He is standing up for all of the renters who have been wronged by Property Management and will remain out there until management is willing to negotiate and right their wrong.

OMG..this is SO funny! Ok Mr. "anonymous" that live at "Tierra Verde". If you lived at a GREAT place like that, there is NO REASON why you would be at a site like this! (BORD??) You must be related to Mr. JM... I am a RESIDENT here, and like you said "Maybe this site is to expose properties/landlords who need to be exposed, because it seems like for every negative post about this property, there's ALWAYS a response with the same tired excuses trying to discredit the negative feedback and it always refers back to late rent, evictions, etc." COULD it also work the OTHER way around??? Dishonest EX residents like yourself like to dog a community that you feel you were ...ummm done wrong? Lets begin with MRS. RATGUY, She stated that her husband is here to defend the "future and past residents" of Golf Terrace..lol Yea, let our savior be a guy that has been ARRESTED for Battery on a Police Officer, DUI, and Domestic Battery?? Yes this guy is the one to be telling anyone about what is and what is not..lol ALL THIS IS PUBLIC RECORD, ALL YOU NEED IS A FIRST AND LAST NAME AND YOUR CRIMINAL RECORD IS PUBLIC RECORD! Also checkout all the communities on here, they ALL have some NEGS about them, that is WHAT THIS SITE IS KNOWN FOR! You "believe" this is for good and thats only cause you "believe" you were done wrong..lol MRS. RATGUY tell your husband to spend his time getting family counseling to help with your problems, that is better spent with your time, IF you were a "justified" complaint about this community, then you would have done what every "normal" person has done, here I???ll break it down for you... 1. you would have said your peace about this community on here, and MOVED on! 2. if you were done wrong by a COMPANY, any COMPANY not just this rental place,,,you would hire a lawyer and SUE them! but I don???t think you can do that with all that spending you have to do to get your DUI taken care of.. And finally "MR. Tierra Verde" saying this-- So why not give up your transparent attempts and let the truth be told! One last point. How many people do you know that would check this site daily for negative feedback, to promptly leave a response in attempt to discredit the negative feedback, unless they had some sort of vested interest in defending this property? Your facts, Jayshaw, are worse than your spelling (BORD??) WRONG! You ignorant wretch! I know of my husbands past and so did Golf Terrace who allowed us to move in regardless because as they said, "Everyone makes mistakes" so stop trying to avoid the fact that RATS EXIST.

JayShaw you obviously must be more bored than i am to write such ignorant bs on this site. You certainly know quite a lot about the private business of tenants IF you're "ONLY" a tenant. And YES I do live in Tierra Verde! The only reason that I lived in that damn dump is because my company transferred me and rented the place for me unknowing how ghetto and run down the place is. That faded baby poo green paint is quite inspiring wouldn't you think? Before you respond, please purchase a dictionary, or call your boer puppet up at Sunpointe to spell for you.
