Management, while you are trying to avoid the facts by discrediting me, please explain this:
While I was out holding my sign on Friday, a lady approached me. She informed me that she was a past resident of your apartment complex for nearly 6 years from 2000-2006 and that during the past 2 years living there, she had issues with rats and I quote, " I had rat problems on and off mostly on". She asked where I lived and I gestered in the direction of which I used to live so I asked which apt she had lived in and she said Apt 422 and my heart dropped because this was the same apt. that management moved us into. Her name is Stacy and we had quite a conversation. She said the older lady in the office who was the manager at the time to present time explained that " the rats would get out the same way they got in". THIS MEANS THAT YOU MOVED MY FAMILY INTO THAT APT LESS THAN 2 MONTHS AFTER MISS STACY MOVED OUT (OR WAS SHE A DEAD BEAT TOO) I had a wife and a 3yr old little girl in that environment for months because of your greed and unprofessionalism as I was told that was the only apt available at the time and you knowingly placed us there with an ongoing RAT PROBLEM, telling us they were birds or squirrels. Your veins must pump KOOL-AID because you have NO HEART. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF.....Jack

Further Proof - all post are from the same deadbeat disgruntled tenant. Lied About?????? More like Rat Boy...

Seems to me, this person clearly stated who he is at the end. I am not a resident but was in a similar situation and am routing for him. You say he is a disgruntled dead beat and what about the previous resident before his family? She lived there 6 years so you can't say she was a dead beat. I met this man when I took his flyer and I believe him because I called your office to see what was going on and that girl Randi was very unprofessional about the things she said about this person by slandering his name and giving out information that is against the law, last I checked. I can't believe this girl or maybe a guy is allowed to work in a customer service position. If that is the way they handle disagreements, then I believe this office staff will surely lie to anyone to cover their butts. If you want to know the truth, talk to this man, he is Professional and does not name call; seems to me he just wants them to remove the mark they put on his credit and he said he will leave them alone which would make all you residents happy so why hasn't it been done? This is the worst I've seen and heard a business be run.
