not horrible, but pretty close to ghetto. roaches everywhere, outside and in. Parking is horrible, I can never find a spot by my apartment, and my car got broken into and my GPS was stolen. Washers are old and leave stains on clothes. Dishwasher is old, doesn't clean. Kitchens and bathroom are too small, but the rest of the apartment is nice. Nice big screened porches. Big bedrooms. Office staff isn't nice, they leave rude notes on our doors all the time about residents. When my lease is up, IM MOVING OUT!!! I dont see any reason why I would ever come back, the apartments are SERIOUSLY OVERPRICED for what your getting. Your only paying for size. Anyone could find a nice 1 or 2 bedroom for much less somewhere else.
air conditioner barely works. ELECTRIC BILLS ARE RIDICULOUS!!!! & the apartments are not properly wired for cable, some apartments have the cables run along the walls and floor!!

IDK, but I used to live there and when I did, a woman named ----- was manager. Let me just say that I want to cry just thinking about how horrible my expiriance was living there thanks to managment and thier maintance staff. The hed of maint, ----. Is a real ----------- and I hope karma take them both on. I really dont know what makes people such -----------, but ----- and ---- had it all figured out. When I leased there, it was perfect for the price and they were big, nice appartments. If I would of known what soon take place after that deposit was paid....... Yes, the parking...HORRIBLE! The staff...Horrible! Then after the first year everything else started to go to hell, too! Thank the heavens that I'm outta there, BUT if the appartments themselves would have a new owner, new managment and cost no more than $800.00 for the two bedroom I would soooo rent there again.
