In fact, the property manager lives in the complex and came over on my first day to see how everything was. Depending on where your building is located, you could get noise from 113th or Ulmerton St. I have found that the traffic noise doesn't bother me that much and I have only been here a month. There are hook ups in the 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses, but they are built for 110 voltage, instead of the 220. You have to get your own electrcian to change it. The laundry facilities leave much to be desired. Right now only one of the dryers is working properly. But all in all, my move in has been good and the maintenance are the best.
