Im moviong out after 1 year of staying at Oak Ridge. Actually I liked the apartment complex well, very quiet and good tenants, st least the west side of Ridge rd /113 where I stayed. I must say its the most quiet apartment complex I have ever lived in. Now when it comes to the apartment itself, there are many things that could be better, like old stoves and very old dishwasher. I had a 2 bedroom townhome with huge backyard and lots of space and closets, the rent was only 750. In the winter the rats came but they fixed the problem immidiately by finding the hole where they entered the apartment so no big deal, the a/c system is old, but they do fix it. This peoblem I have seen in many apartment complex'es anyways. There are shortcomings, but they work with you to move in in price and credit, the space is big and the area great. So I will say I had a good year, but I need a tile place in the future, tired of the old horrible carpet the older apartment complexes have. It was a good year.

I have rented in several communities. I never had a rodent infestation. And as many of you may notice rats are frequently compalained of by renters. Why is managements answer always these mysterious "holes"? How logical is it that so many of the apartments would have "holes"? Come on people. Beware!

RODENTS CAN GET INTO AN AREA LESS THE SIZE OF A NICKLE, YOU MORON. I HAVE BEEN DOING PEST CONTROL FOR 27 YEARS AND YES THIS IS HOW YOU TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
