ok well my first thought was that it was ghetto because there is no such thing as landscaping all dead grass and what not. other than that i was pretty happy with the place. you can definitely tell it is a old run down, half ass repair jobs done in the past but over all not to bad!

well i would have never moved here if it did not have washer/dryer connections at least...HAHAHAHAHA...the "CONNECTIONS" are up stairs in the bathroom and require a very rare 110v plug for a ONLY 24 inch washer the small stackable that basically fits a pair of jeans so thats a crock of poop! other than that i loved my place.

it was never too loud neighbors were all nice i felt safe there and everything.

but its not too fun when the bathroom from upstairs leaks all over your Ethan Allen dining room table and chairs and your laptop!!! when it happened the first time (yes it happened more than once) we went and put in a work order and it was tended to pretty quickly. if you want something done right ask for the Rick the other guy i got was not to good and did not seem to friendly like Rick! rick came and cut open the ceiling found the toilet seal was messed up and fixed it, it looked good. ok the problem happens again they came and put some caulk around the tub and said that should take care of it ok i was satisfied. til one day im babysitting i think 3 kids that day and its just pouring out my ceiling onto the table and i called the leasing office but apparently you cant do anything over the phone so i just had to let it go til i could find a ride there...bulls*** if you ask me! but overall that problem was never fixed correctly and whoever lives there now will deal with the same problem eventually i guarantee it!

when we moved in the carpet was "PROFESSIONALLY CLEAN" not there was hard spots in the carpet but its brown so who cares right i could not see nothing so nothing was said. and there was a "BURN" mark on the kitchen floor that was there when we moved in but like i said who cares its not gonna affect my living so nothing was said now getting charged for it and they know damn well they do not pay no more than 60 at the most to replace that little piece of floor in there but wanna charge four hundred dollars... they just wanna get their money cuz no one wants to live in there nasty place no more!

and and most importantly if you are going to have anything done with them or faxed or anything please make sure you keep copies and proof of everything they will lie and even say they did not say something! if your phone records do it!

overall dont like the people in the office but not a too bad place to live just BEWARE WHEN YOU GO TO LEAVE!!!!
