Nice place From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/24/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I'm in my 3rd year at Waterchase, and I have not had any problems since I've been here. It's far from perfect, as is any place, but it is definitely the best apartment I have ever lived in. The biggest problem I have ever had is an occasional noisy neighbor (good luck finding an apartment where that isn't a problem). It's 10-20 minutes from the beach (depending on traffic and time of year), and it's in a very good location.
